Chain Emails
1. A Chain email is the same thing as a chain letter but, it is a chain email meaning that it is all electronic and therefore clutters up your inbox with useless information, which is many times false.
2. A typical chain letter consists of a message that attempts to induce the recipient to make a number of copies of the letter and then pass them on to as many recipients as possible.
3. A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, without any product or service being delivered. It has been known to come under many guises.
4. Chain emails do more damage than spam because spam is filtered out of your inbox into a separate file so theoretically you would never have to read it unless you wanted to but, chain email appears in your inbox and therefore you have to read it or most likely will.
1. I think chain emails are exciting for some people because they always come with some scary or strange story that happened to someone who didn’t forward the email on or someone who ignored it and that makes people want to send them on.
